Performing or speaking in front of people can bring up a lot of feelings. This ongoing course is designed to make you a more joyful, calm & confident speaker or performer using targeted mindset techniques and hacks to bring out your most authentic self in any situation.

You will discover the unique approaches needed for performing confidently both on and off stage and learn through performing arts training how to break down a scene or speech to get your message across intelligently and effectively.

You will also learn the unique techniques required to create compelling and believable on-camera performances for film, television, self-tapes & zoom calls including:

• Framing 
• Lighting 
• Sound 
• Sight-lines 
• Visual subtleties

All two hour classes include a full body warmup and improvisational exercises which are followed by individual and/or group work all guided by professional performance coaches, accompanists & industry guests. 

Observing, discussing and experiencing all the subtle nuances of movement and expression that make us human and bringing​ our most authentic selves to the surface truly sets this class apart as not only a coaching program for performance but a coaching program for Life.

All levels. Ages 18+
