This series combines body awareness and creative practice in 2D visual and written forms. Each session begins with gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to reconnect with your body and cultivate focus and awareness. From this grounded state, participants spend an hour creating—whether painting (no oils), drawing, collage, poetry, or short writing.. You can bring an ongoing project, or meet with the instructor beforehand to brainstorm a cohesive project to explore over the four weeks. The emphasis is on process over product, attention over perfection, and allowing the act of making to become a practice in presence. Bring your curiosity, your materials, and an open mind, and see what comes out.
