Grounding Yoga for Self Love [DROP-IN]

Meets weekly on Wednesday evenings | Mar 20th - May 8th
[DROP-IN ONLY]
This is a very healing but also light and joy-filled class, where you come exactly as you are and leave with a sense of love and compassion- and of course feeling great in your body.
This class is accessible to all levels and types of yogis or non-yogis.
We will move, meditate, and connect to the center of our hearts in a beautiful transformative way on our mats while we embrace ourselves, move while we listen to great music, and share in community with each other.
Please arrive 5 minutes early for class. Bring your mat and water.

Tap into your inner strength as we breathe, move, and come into alignment with our Authentic selves as a community on our mats. In this mixed practice class, we will meditate, center ourselves, and focus on our core- as well as flexilbilty.
This class is accessible to all beginner to intermediate level types of yogis or non-yogis.

Gentle Yoga for ideal for people that want a slower paced yoga. Gentle classes allow the student to flow through foundational poses and stretches designed to increase flexibility and strength, enhance balance, relieve stress and calm the mind.
